Email accounts for business: Setting up email for a small business is a little more complex.
1) Setup an email account for everyone who needs one for example:
- tiffany@your.domain
- amandeep@your.domain
- abdul@your.domain
Carry on until everyone has one.
2) It helps to have separate email accounts for things like sales and info. Examples:
- sales@your.domain
- info@your.domain
- support@your.domain
Carry on until you have created all of the email accounts you need.
Tip: Some businesses with use a mobile phone instead of a regular phone. Feel free to setup the email accounts on your phone. Then any member of your team can access and respond to the email addresses listed in section 2.
